Buyers, are you looking at a property that’s a fixer upper? And you’re concerned about the cash buyer or the house flipper?

They’re not going to pay the same as you. Go in there, write a strong offer. You’ll probably have a good chance at getting it. They want the property at more of a discount especially if they are going to pay cash and if they’re going to flip the property. If they are going to flip the property, they want to make a profit.
