I’m Stephen Husted, born and raised in San Jose. Everything I do starts with one principle: my clients always come first. Before real estate, I worked in the arts, partnering daily with Silicon Valley’s sharpest tech minds. That experience taught me something crucial: many people think logically but struggle to see possibility. Creativity is my advantage. When you work with me, I turn a blank canvas into a clear visual plan so you can truly picture your home, your investment, and your future.

Since becoming licensed in 2008, I’ve guided first-time buyers, seasoned sellers, and investors across California and multiple out-of-state markets. Every client and every deal is different and that’s what I love. I take the time to understand your goals, your style, and your long-term vision. Then I combine out-of-the-box strategy with modern tech and my Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) training to build and close deals that move you forward.

My business is 100 percent repeat and referral. That comes from showing up with energy, positivity, and a genuine desire to help people win.

Outside of real estate, you’ll find me cycling, working out, building investment properties out of state, or spending time with my wife and daughter. I’ve raced mountain bikes internationally, and if we ride together, I’ll be more focused on the experience than the speed.
