You have to find your superpower. You don't have to be great at everything. What I've experienced when it comes to investing is there was a lot of things that I was really good at, and there's a ton of things that I was really bad at.
One thing that I did really well was getting the right team around me that were experts in the things that I was not good at. And that's what changed the game in the whole big picture was understanding how to use my superpowers to my benefit on top of getting my other team members that have their superpowers to work together. And that's what I've learned to navigate over the last few years when it comes to investing.
With understanding your superpower, you want to know what you're good at and what you're not good at. And you want to understand how to outsource to the other people that have their superpower that can meet you in the middle, because that's the way that you grow and you become successful. Because at the end of the day, we're not all good at everything.
You have to have a team of superpowers to make everything come together.
