One thing that I did throughout the whole house is I changed out all the door hardware to brushed nickel. The whole house matches. Before they were a little bit mismatched.
This keeps it cohesive throughout the house. That's a really simple thing to do and it's funny because buyers sometimes don't know what they don't like but when you keep things simple and clean and cohesive throughout a house it really shows and it's almost very similar to changing out all the electrical face plates and making everything up to date and white and clean and modern. This goes a long way and it doesn't cost a lot of money to do it as well.
The fireplace got a refresh, painted it white, painted the mantel, painted inside black, cleaned it all up. This is ready to go.
