Sometimes, It’s Best to Fly Solo

I’ve had a couple buyers recently that want to bring their family members to go look at properties. Which is okay. But,.. The family members aren’t buying the house. It’s like going and looking at art in a museum. There might be a piece of art that you love and you showed to your friend but your friend says, I’m not very interested in it, it does not resonate for me. It is very subjective.

Same with real estate. It’s going to be your vibe at the end of the day. Sometimes, your family members or friends, they can sway you in a way that you don’t want to write an offer on a property or you pass on it because of something they didn’t like.
