I just got done filming another episode of The Breakthrough, and there's been a similar discussion on the last few podcasts about what separates investors who start the process and scale compared to ones that sit on the sidelines, and it really comes down to action. You can only read so many books, listen to podcasts, YouTube, short form. You're going to really get your education from doing.
That first property is going to teach you so much. The second one is going to teach you even more, and you have to just jump in and get going and just make sure that you have a solid team around you that can help you achieve what your goals are, but you can't do it sitting on the sidelines. You really have to just get into it and trust the direction that you're going.
