I think the less you know on some of the things that could happen on your investment property is probably better. Because if you knew the things you're going to about to get into, depending on where you're buying and what market, there's a lot of moving parts to that. I think it would probably scare most people away from jumping in.

Because I know from what I've gone through, the level of craziness is through the roof. And there's never a dull moment. But at the end of the day, really what it taught me was to not freak out in the very beginning and understand how to problem solve fast.

There's no time to waste. You just got to do it. You got to do it really quick and you got to move on.

And then you got to understand that the bigger picture of why you're investing in the first place.
