So all these solutions to minimize break-ins, it's never fail-safe. But at the end of the day, if you could put some systems in place that can help without getting broken into or getting a squatter, it's always a good thing. Because one thing that I've learned over time is once you get somebody in there or you get a break-in, now you have to have somebody come in and fix whatever was taken and replace it.
Or if you get a squatter, now you have time that you have to get somebody out there to get the squatter removed. And then time just compiles up. And next you know, you're six months out, you haven't even got your property rented and you're in a worse situation.
So best you can do is put systems in place, get it situated, have a great team on the ground, and hopefully it all turns out good for you.
