Content Builds Trust Before the Listing Appointment

One of my biggest fans on Facebook, besides my mom, is a lady by the name of Patty. Patty was my client who I sold her house at 1617 Inverness Circle. Over the couple years she's been following me and my mom would say from time to time that Patty is your biggest fan.

So when it came time to sell her house she called me. Over those years what happened was I built up trust. She got to see how I work with my buyers, my sellers, and everything that's going on in my life.

I just put it out there. And so when it came time to sell her house there was really no discussion. All the trust was built up.

She handed over the keys. I got it started, got it sold, and it was all built on shooting content. If you're a business owner or you're an agent and you haven't started shooting content, I suggest give it a try.

And there's only one thing that you need to do. One thing only. And that is be yourself.

Nobody else. Your tribe will come to you.
