Where do we determine pricing when doing this project is the house right next door was essentially around the same size. They did an addition added an extra bedroom and bathroom so it turned into a 4-3 and it sold for $2,750. Ours is a 3-2 at 1,500 square feet.
We're just working down from that number but it's really good when you have a sold comparable right next store that we can kind of work off and understand where we're going to be in value give or take.
