Here's something I'm going through right now out in Seattle on all the investment properties we have and the projects that are going on is I don't understand a lot that is going on, meaning some of these strategies and the processes to do this I've never done before. And so there's a big learning curve and things come my way and it gets in front of me and I have a little bit of a panic moment and then I realize take a step back, deep breath, figure it out, these are the first couple, it's going to be hard in the beginning and over time the more and more I do it, better I'm going to get, the more information I'm going to know. That is something that I've noticed and the reason why I can take this in is I've done hard things in the past.
I understand that this is the way it goes and so I don't have to sit here and see something come through and let fear take over and go I can't do this. No, I just work through it, it might not be perfect, but over time I can perfect it and move it along.
