These 2 Skills Build Real Estate Investors

[Stephen Husted] (0:00 - 0:38)

One of the big things that I've learned over the years with rehabs and development is one, you need to be really good at problem solving. Two, you need to be flexible. There is issues coming up left and right.

There's a lot of things that have to get addressed and worked through and learn what you're doing. There's just a lot of different moving parts. And at the end of the day, that's what makes it very interesting.

Every day there's something new and something that needs to get worked through, whether it's good or bad, it's what goes on. But I wouldn't change anything. I really love the fact that I can get into these projects, work through things, watch a house go from nothing being there to a brand new home that a family can move into.

It's amazing.
