Be okay with being uncomfortable when working through something that is new. Typically our brains like to hold us back and keep us safe. So anytime there's a moment we're trying something new and it's uncomfortable, we want to revert back and just walk away from it.
But when you push through that and you break through the other side, then you got that reward. You're on to the next phase and then you end up having a little bit more confidence on the direction you're going. And then you phase up and you keep moving through.
That doesn't mean you're still going to not going to have any roadblocks. You will, but every time there's an uncomfortable moment, that's the moment that you should be digging deep right then and there to break through to the next phase.
