Small Daily Habits Create Big Results

A new daily habit can pay dividends down the road. Whether it's in personal life, your health, work, you name it, a new daily habit can go a long way in a lot of different ways. If you're trying to get into something and you want to start, you just got to start.

And once you start, you just got to build from there. And don't take it so serious in the very beginning, because what happens is a lot of people want to start a new habit or new direction, but they are just afraid to get going. There's a lot of fear from that.

But once you just get going and you just put in a little bit of work, you'd be amazed what happens a year down the road. You'll look back and go, oh my gosh, I've come a long way. And I've seen this on a lot of things that I've done lately, where in the very beginning, there's the fear.

I don't know if I want to get started. I get started. I'm not that good at it.

I got to work through a bunch of different things, have a lot of ups and downs, but I keep the habit of working on whatever that goal is over time. And you know what? Most of the time it pays off.

So if you're looking to get going on something new, don't waste any time. Just go for it.
