Do hard things. Your brain loves it. One thing I've noticed in the past and as I'm going through things is the hard things that I have to learn give my brain more stimulation and I also get a much bigger dopamine hit joy once I've completed it or I've learned something new and anything that is not that hard you're kind of just staying level and you're not going to get the same type of output on those menial tasks that are not as important. They might need to be getting done but the hard tasks will give you bigger benefits and your brain loves them.
