I have a couple of runners, people that I know that do multiple things. Some are agents, some are handyman, and I move them around to check on things. Because you have to, because there's stuff that slips through the cracks if you don't have people on the ground.
And I know a lot of people talk about investing out of state and that you don't really need to go to your properties. That is true in theory, but there is times when it does make sense to go out and get your eyes on things.
